Purchases & Payments

Free Trials
Free trials are limited to one per person, per offer. Attempting to access multiple free trials using different accounts, emails, or identities may result in immediate termination of access or charges for continued use.
Refunds, Cancellations & Payment Plans
Due to the digital and experiential nature of our offerings, all sales are final. No refunds are provided once access has been granted.
Some programs may include payment plans. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments. Payment plans cannot be canceled, and access may be suspended if payments fail or stop until the balance is paid in full.
Certain registrations or tickets may be transferable at our discretion. In the case of event postponement due to circumstances beyond our control, access may transfer to a rescheduled date or be credited toward future offerings. No refunds will be issued.

All services and content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, security, or results.
You understand and agree that participation in any service is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaisha Slaughter LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
