Mentorship Program Terms & Conditions

Kaisha Slaughter LLC – 3-Month Mentorship Container

By purchasing and participating in the Kaisha Slaughter LLC Mentorship Program (“Mentorship,” “Program,” or “Services”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following Mentorship-specific Terms & Conditions, in addition to the Kaisha Slaughter LLC General Terms & Conditions (“General Terms”).
In the event of any conflict, these Mentorship Terms shall control.

1. Program Term

The Mentorship is a three (3) month fixed-term container beginning on the date of purchase or the date otherwise specified at enrollment (“Program Term”).

Access to mentorship benefits, content, and communication is strictly limited to the Program Term.

2. Payment Commitment & No Cancellation

By enrolling in the Mentorship, you are entering into a binding financial agreement for the full Program Term.

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • No early termination or cancellation is permitted

  • You are responsible for the full balance of the Mentorship, regardless of participation, attendance, or completion

If you elect to stop participating, disengage, or fail to utilize the Program, you remain financially obligated to complete all remaining payments.

Missed or failed payments may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access

  • Collections efforts

  • Legal action to recover outstanding balances

  • Responsibility for any associated fees, including legal or collection costs

3. Access to Courses & Materials

During the active Program Term, you will receive access to:

  • Kaisha Slaughter LLC digital courses included in the Mentorship at the time of enrollment

  • Any additional courses launched by Kaisha Slaughter LLC during your active Mentorship period (if applicable and expressly stated)

All access is temporary.

Upon completion or expiration of the three-month Mentorship:

  • Your access to all Mentorship-included courses, portals, libraries, and materials will be revoked

  • No lifetime or extended access is implied or guaranteed

All materials remain the sole intellectual property of Kaisha Slaughter LLC.

4. Text Message Access & Communication Boundaries

As part of the Mentorship, you receive limited text message access to Kaisha Slaughter (“Mentor”).

Text message access is subject to the following boundaries:

  • Responses are provided Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time

  • No responses are guaranteed outside of business hours, weekends, holidays, or personal time

  • Response times are not guaranteed and may vary

Text access is a support tool, not emergency, crisis, or on-demand communication.

Abuse, excessive messaging, disrespectful language, or boundary violations may result in restriction or removal of text access without refund.

5. No Guarantees

The Mentorship provides education, mentorship, and experiential tools. No guarantees are made regarding:

  • Income

  • Business results

  • Healing outcomes

  • Personal, emotional, or financial transformation

Results vary based on individual effort, application, and external factors. You accept full responsibility for your outcomes.

6. Not Medical, Legal, or Psychological Advice

The Mentorship is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

Kaisha Slaughter LLC does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
You are responsible for seeking licensed professional support when appropriate.

7. Confidentiality

All mentorship discussions, materials, processes, and shared information are confidential.

You agree not to:

  • Share recordings, content, or materials

  • Distribute proprietary frameworks or teachings

  • Record or reproduce sessions without written consent

Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

8. Code of Conduct & Termination

Kaisha Slaughter LLC reserves the right to remove any participant who:

  • Engages in harassment, manipulation, or harmful behavior

  • Violates boundaries, policies, or community standards

  • Disrupts the integrity of the Mentorship container

Termination for cause does not release you from your payment obligation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided is owned exclusively by Kaisha Slaughter LLC.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access materials for personal use only during the Program Term.

Commercial use, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By completing your purchase and checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that:

  • You understand this is a binding legal agreement

  • You agree to the full financial commitment

  • You consent to all Mentorship-specific and General Terms & Conditions
